Amherst Elementary, Lake Cable Elementary, Sauder Elementary, Strausser Elementary, and Jackson Memorial Middle School have all been renewed as Purple Star Schools by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, joining Jackson High School in maintaining the designation. With all six school buildings recognized, the district continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to supporting military-connected students and families.
